It all depends on the complexity of the system and functionalities it is expected to provide. When designing the Grenton System, we did our best to optimize the individual module cost without sacrificing quality.

The earlier you make the decision, the easier will it be to choose the best system.

The best option is to set up the wiring in a "star architecture" with all the circuits ending in a control box. This way, you will not only be able to postpone choosing a specific system until later, but will also allow you to use regular wiring without smart house modules.

If the wiring is designed around the "star" architecture, with all circuits ending in one or more switching cabinets, where DIN rail modules are installed, the choice of specific system manufacturer can be made just weeks before any work begins.

Any electrician can prepare the wiring and low-voltage wiring for the Grenton system and install the modules.

System configuration is as simple as setting up a Wi-Fi router. You don't need any special qualifications to install the Grenton System. Should you, however, choose one of our largest and most complex setups. we recommend employing a certified Grenton installation specialist who will be able to make some suggestions regarding the possible configurations.
